Proof Approval & Production
A free digital PDF proof will be provided for your final approval before production. PDF proofs are intended to verify layout, composition, placement, sizing, and trim dimensions only and may not accurately represent final color.
If precise color matching is critical, we strongly recommend ordering a hard copy proof. Please contact us at 1-888-987-6334 for details and pricing.
If your completed project differs from the approved proof (excluding color variations), or if any items arrive defective, WTSmedia will make it right by either:

Reproducing the affected items, or
-
Issuing appropriate credit
Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the ship date

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before any return

Unauthorized returns may be refused

Return Shipping Requirements
Once your return is authorized:

Ship the merchandise to the address provided by Customer Service

Clearly display the RMA number on the outside of the package

Include inside the box:

A brief explanation of the reason for the return

A copy of the invoice or packing slip

The RMA number
-
Additional requirements:

Items must be returned prepaid (no COD or collect shipments)

Returns must be received within two (2) weeks of the RMA issue date

Returns without a valid or visible RMA may be refused

WTSmedia is not responsible for lost return shipments
For your protection, we recommend shipping via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS and insuring the package for the full value of the merchandise. Please retain tracking information until your return is processed.

Request Free Samples
If you are unsure about a product or packaging option, we are happy to provide samples whenever available. This is especially helpful for large orders or unfamiliar items.
Review Your Proof Carefully
All production is based on the approved proof. Please check spelling, layout, artwork placement, and details thoroughly before approval. If changes are needed, we will gladly provide a revised proof.
Allow Extra Time When Possible
While we strive for fast turnaround, unexpected production or shipping delays can occasionally occur. If your project is time-sensitive, selecting a Rush Order will prioritize your job through each stage of production.
Shipping carriers deliver the vast majority of orders on time, but delays outside our control may occur.
