For Churches, Businesses, Schools, and Government Agencies:

For Individual Customers:

A $20 service fee will be applied for each returned check.

Orders placed on approved credit terms are also governed by the WTSmedia Credit Application General Terms and Conditions.

  • WTSmedia reserves the right to modify pricing, materials, colors, specifications, and available quantities at any time without obligation.

  • Prices listed on the website may not reflect special configurations or custom projects. Please contact us for a quote on items not listed.

  • WTSmedia is not responsible for typographical or pricing errors and reserves the right to correct such errors without obligation.

Shipping & Pickup Policy

  • All shipments are F.O.B. Chattanooga, Tennessee.

  • Delivery dates quoted by WTSmedia are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • WTSmedia is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, supply chain issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Additional shipping conditions:

  • Shipments to APO/FPO addresses or locations outside the continental United States may incur additional shipping and handling charges.

  • Currently, WTSmedia does not ship international orders.
